FINAL FEW WEEKS
If you prefer to do your own planning, but would like support for the last few weeks and on the day, many planners offer this service. Following an initial consultation, your planner will visit your venue, communicate with and coordinate all the suppliers you have arranged, tweak your schedule to ensure it flows well and oversee your big day.
VENUE SEARCH
Many planners offer a service whereby you provide a brief of the venue you are seeking, stating county, venue type, whether it needs to be licensed, minimum numbers and other requirements. They will then produce a shortlist of venues which meet these criteria. Prices vary depending whether or not you require the planner to visit the venues, or simply undertake desk research on your behalf.
SUPPLIER SEARCH
You may be planning your wedding yourself, but are struggling with finding the perfect DJ or florist, for example. Your planner will take a brief from you and come up with a short list to your specifications.
